Terms and conditions of sale

The owner of the Online Shop NO-GLUTE (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is OÜ No-Glute, (registry code 14824236), located at Katusepapi St 4/1, Tallinn, Harju County, 11412.

Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. A delivery fee shall be added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the Online Shop are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

Here, the merchant must comply with the purchase solutions of its online shop.

To order, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To place an order, the required fields must be completed, and the appropriate delivery method must be selected. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely, using one of the following payment methods:

  • Bank payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut.

NB: When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Back to the merchant” button on the bank page.

The payments are mediated by Montonio Finance. Payments are made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payments by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case off payments by credit card in a secure environment. The seller does not have access to the Client’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount due on the account of the Online Shop.

The owner of the website is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance.

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to the goods running out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded without delay, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

 Delivery

Goods can be delivered to the following countries: Estonia.

The delivery costs shall be paid by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the delivery method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3 working days from the date of the purchase contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 7 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving an order, the buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract signed in the Online Shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a free-form withdrawal application to info@no-glute.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods shall be paid by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the product ordered (e.g. wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to a carrier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Shop shall immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, return to the buyer all the payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Shop may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of a usual delivery method.

The Online Shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Right to submit a complaint

The Online Shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the time of delivery, or which become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to disprove this presumption.

In case of a defect, the buyer shall have the right to contact the Online Shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to info@no-glute.com or by calling +372 53 890 590.

The Online Shop shall not be liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Shop will refund the buyer all the fees incurred under the sales contract.

The Online Shop shall respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a written reproducible format within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Shop shall use the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Shop transmits personal data to companies providing transport services for the delivery of the goods.

The Online Shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive these by entering their e-mail address on the website and has indicated their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing offers.

Resolution of disputes

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Shop, they should send these by e-mail to info@no-glute.com or call +372 53 890 590.

If the buyer and the Online Shop cannot settle the dispute by way of an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Shop. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the European Union’s consumer dispute resolution platform.
