Ingredients
Pea protein, cornflour, rice protein, psyllium husk, baking powder (E450, E500), thickener (guar gum), fragrance.
Storage: at room temperature.
Instructions
Combine 100 g of mix (approx. 200 ml) with 100 ml of water. Mix into a lump-free dough. Let rest for about 5 minutes. Then bake the base and add the topping. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200-250 °C, depending on the topping and oven
