Ingredients

Gluten-free wheat starch, protein mix (casein and whey(milk)), egg powder, milk powder, gluten-free oatmeal, baking powder (E450, E500, cornflour), thickeners (guar gum).

Storage: At room temperature

Instructions

Combine 100 ml of mix with 100 ml of water and cook in a frying pan for thin pancakes.

Combine 100 ml of mix with 50 ml of water for American-style thick pancakes.

Combine 100 ml of mix with 50 ml of water and a little fat for crispy waffles.
