Ingredients
Sugar, gluten-free wheat starch (max 20 mg gluten/kg), whole egg powder, potato starch, baking soda (E450, E500, cornflour), fragrance.
The muffin mix can also be made into a cake if desired.
Storage: at room temperature
Instructions
Combine 200 ml of water with 200 ml of vegetable oil and stir. Then mix in the bag contents and work together to make a smooth batter. Half fill muffin molds. The package contents are enough to make about 20 muffins. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes at 170 °C.
